We met in 2020 while leading the national effort to establish the Advanced Manufacturing Institute – a bold initiative to boost innovation and productivity in Israeli industry.
With Benny as the founding CEO and Boaz as the government lead for advanced manufacturing, we quickly found deep synergy and mutual trust.
Together, we created a unique strategic framework — the “Roadmap” — which has since guided over 160 factories through transformation.
